1. How many passengers can ride in a sedan?
Typically up to 3 passengers in the back and 1 in the front, depending on luggage. If a child
seat is required, only 2 in the back. For comfort, we recommend no more than 3 total
passengers.
2. How many passengers can ride in an SUV?
Usually accommodates 6-7 passengers, depending on luggage. Six in the back and one in the
front works best with light luggage.
3. How many passengers can ride in the Mercedes Party Bus?
We offer three sizes, accommodating 10 to 15 passengers.
4. Do the party buses have dance poles?
Yes, most of our party buses feature dance poles, including the Mercedes models. Please
inform the agent during booking if you’d like this feature.
5. Are built-in bars available in your vehicles?
Yes, all limousines and party buses have built-in bars. The Executive Luxury Coach features
bucket seats and offers refreshments via a large ice chest.
6. Is karaoke available?
Not all buses include karaoke. However, we can provide a portable system with a
microphone that pairs with your phone. Please ask when booking.
7. Can we bring food on board?
Yes, food is allowed. Please be respectful and avoid placing food on seats or the floor.
8. Are there restrooms on board?
Only a few of our buses offer restrooms. Be sure to request one if it’s a necessity for your
trip.
9. Can your vehicles travel outside California?
Yes, depending on distance and availability. Contact an agent for out-of-state travel
inquiries.
10. Do you drug test your drivers?
Yes. Random drug testing is required by the California Public Utilities Commission (PUC)
and the CHP.
11. Do you offer special occasion packages?
Yes, we offer packages for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, and bachelor/bachelorette
parties. Ask an agent for current deals.
12. Are your drivers knowledgeable about California wineries?
Absolutely. We even have partnerships with select wineries that offer our clients discounts
on tastings and purchases.
13. Are your drivers commercially licensed?
Yes. All our drivers hold commercial licenses as required by the PUC.
14. Where are you located?
Our main office and 10,000 sq. ft. showroom are in Culver City, California. We also operate
from satellite locations throughout Greater Los Angeles.
15. Are deposits refundable?
Yes, if you provide at least 72 hours’ notice. During peak times (Fridays/Saturdays), our
agent will confirm your cancellation window upon booking.
16. Why is a deposit required?
To reserve your vehicle and prevent double bookings. Deposits are refundable under our
cancellation policy—unlike many competitors.
17. When are your agents available?
We’re available 24/7, with live agents answering your calls. No robots or answering
services. You can also text us at 310-823-5466 or use the chat on our website.
18. Can I make changes to my reservation?
Yes. You may update your reservation up to one day prior. Adding passengers is fine as long
as the total stays within the vehicle’s capacity. If you need a larger vehicle, extra charges will
apply.
19. How does airport pickup work? Are there extra charges?
Inside pickup: The driver will meet you at baggage claim. Additional fees may apply—please ask the agent.
Curbside pickup: Easier and quicker. Your driver will guide you to the designated Pole number/letter.
LAX Fee: $10 permit fee plus any applicable parking charges. We track your flight to ensure
timely pickup—even if your plane arrives early.
20. Do you provide toddler or booster seats?
Yes, upon request we provide both toddler and booster seats.
